Found a great artist but her portfolio is only on pale skin. I am black. No tatts. Is tattooing different skin colors the same or should I look for someone with experience in dark skin and get a diff style? I’m wary bc she’s quoting me $1000 and it’s a very ornate tattoo

Hey guys! I got this tattoo almost 3 weeks ago, which I love!! It’s still healing, but it’s starting to look a little blown out in some spots. I can’t tell if it’s as bad as I think, or if I’m nitpicky because this is the first of my tattoos that I can look at so up close 🤣

Should i get it covered or removed??

is this infected ?
